After 6 consecutive months of full time employment, defined as averaging 36 or more hours a week, MAC will reimburse employees 65% of any single or family Kynect healthcare and/or dental care insurance premium expense.

After 3 consecutive years of part time employment, defined as averaging 20 or more hours a week, MAC will reimburse employees 35% of single or family Kynect healthcare and/or dental care insurance premium expense.

After 1 consecutive year of full time employment, as defined, MAC will reimburse employees 65% of YMCA membership dues and program fees for a single or a family.

After 3 consecutive years of part time employment, as defined, MAC will reimburse employees 35% of YMCA membership dues and program fees for a single or a family.

After 1 consecutive year of full time employment, as defined, MAC will reimburse bike related expenses, up to 5% of the prior calendar year’s W-2 income, to employees who ride a bicycle to travel to or from work 20 times in a calendar year.
After reaching the age of 21 years and being employed 3 out of the past 5 calendar years at MAC, employees are eligible for retirement benefit. 0-25% of the prior year’s W-2 income is contributed in the employees name to the financial institution chosen by the employee in accordance with IRS policies.
